First step: application fee
The application fee for new distributorship is 50000 Japanese yen (about USD$700 or 500 Euros). The amount is not refundable, but will be credited in full back to you when you place an
order as our distributor. We accept credit card payment for application fee. To submit your credit card information, please use our secure form at https://www.kenrico.com/orderform.html
The application fee enables our credit company to verify the background of individuals or companies as well as credit standing. It is also to protect our current distributors to ensure that we are not undercutting our distributors' customers. This
process may take up to 5-7 days. For the application fee, currently we do not accept payment by bank transfer other than by credit card. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until we have received your credit card
authorization form (look below).
Second step: download & fax
Download the credit card authorization form at http://www.kenrico.com/authform.pdf, then print, fill up and fax it to at +81-547-47-3221. Please note we will process your credit card only upon
receiving your faxed credit card authorization form.
Third step: samples
The samples of our products will be shipped to you after the completion of the first and the second steps.

Purchasing requirement, pricing, and benefits
- Yearly order requirement
There is a yearly ordering requirement for non-exclusive or exclusive distributors to maintain their distributorship status. The yearly ordering requirement for non-exclusive distributor without protected territories starts from 3000000 Japanese
yen (about USD$37000 or 28000 Euros) depending on the rank of the GDP of the countries.
The yearly ordering requirement for exclusive distributor with protected territories are generally 20 (twenty) times the requirement of non-exclusive
distributor.
Yearly ordering requirement is calculated from the accumulation of all orders within one fiscal year of January 1st to December 31st every year.
- First order requirement
A minimum initial order is required for new distributor. For our sap sheet or detox pads, the requirement is a first order of 3000000 Japanese yen (about USD$37000 or 28000 Euros) depending on the rank of the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of the
countries (for non-exclusive distributor). Once the first order is made, the yearly order requirement for the first year is exempted.
The first order must be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the application submission.
Authorized Kenrico Distributor can purchase Kenrico's genuine and authentic products at distributor pricing - all fully certified under European CE, US FDA, TGA, ISO and with 100% guarantee from Kenrico in the quality and
safety of the products. They also have access to free licensing of patents, trademarks and copyrights (images, contents, past & ongoing clinical studies) with licensing agreements for distribution of Kenrico products in their countries.
Furthermore, Authorized Kenrico Distributor and their customers also receive full support through Kenrico consultation boards supervised by MDs under CE & ISO 9001:2000 standards at http://www.kenrico.com/support
Because of our production method, the purchasing requirement is not negotiable for the first order *. If the purchasing requirement suits your company's purchasing plan, at the completion of the third step, we will provide further information such
as distributor's pricing list, product and licensing information.
Please note that the minimum initial order must be met and the distributorship agreement must be signed by both parties before the applicant can be considered a distributor.
